• Owners have the right to stay in their Beach House for six weeks, plus maximum seven get away days pr fraction.
• You will have your six weeks to be arranged after request each year via a system of rotating
priority. Owners are, of course, most welcome to buy more than one fraction. There is a aximum of six fractions per house.
• As a first time buyer, all annual maintenance fees such as insurance, utility costs, inventory replacement and much else is covered for the first 5 years.
